With over 12 years of professional experience, Cynia has a diverse set of skills in the fields of Digital and Field Marketing, Program Management, Production, Startup Growth, Strategy, Mentorship and Community Building. She had held senior executive positions with multinationals such as Red Bull, UK Department For International Development and Telenor Pakistan. She is also an entrepreneur by heart and dedicates her free time to her own Ed-tech startup. Cynia has spent the past 3+ years working alongside startups to enable them to accelerate and grow.

She has co-developed the first curriculum for startups in Pakistan and has conducted trainings in Entrepreneurship, Branding & Marketing, Communication Skills & Pitching.
